Lumping Fraud with Error to make the case that people need fining bigger amounts, what is the point in that? You want to fine people for your own mistakes? You want to fine people for being unable to understand your incomprehensible forms? Just when you’re making some headway in believing you could be the right party to vote for you go and make statements like this and make me regret even thinking about it. Every single time.
